Customers receive access to the OnPar Portal, where they can submit support requests, access guides, and download resources. We also provide annual on-site maintenance, assist with software updates, and escalate complex issues directly with the manufacturer when needed.
Your system is backed by a 1-year warranty and a 4-year battery warranty, with ongoing support included in your annual plan.
