Let's Get Started
User registration
You will receive an email from OnPar Support with a personal registration link after your Range Picker installation.
⚠️ Heads up: The link is valid for 24 hours. Your User ID will be the email address you submitted to OPA Support.
Install the App
Follow the instructions in the email to install the Relox App on your Android or iPhone. Be sure to follow each step to install it properly and avoid login issues later.
Settings
Permissions
Every user is assigned one of two roles: Administrator or Standard User. These roles define the user’s basic access levels in the App. Users can also have specific permissions assigned for certain features of the App. To ensure smooth operation, each robot should have at least one Administrator.
Use your own login
Never share your username or password. It’s linked to your activity.

How to check your role
You can view your user role in the Settings view of the App. Click on the 3 dots to access Settings.
Dashboard - Let's explore basic features

Command: Drop-off Emptied
⚠️ This is your team’s go-to command. The app alerts you when baskets are full. Make sure notifications are enabled in Settings.
Press the Drop-off emptied button once all the balls are removed from the Bridge baskets. It's important not to skip this step, as the robot will remain on the charging station instead of picking balls if you do.

Command: Drop-off
The drop-off button sends the Range Picker to the drop-off station to transfer collected balls.
In the example above, 5 out of 6 baskets are shown as full. This means the Bridge baskets will soon need to be emptied. If you use an underground automated drop off station, this notification does not apply to your team, as this process is fully automated.
Tip: The first person in the morning and the last person leaving at night should empty the baskets and press the Drop-off Emptied button.
Command: Start/ Stop
This button stops the robot where it is and switches the system to Manual Mode. It means the robot will need an App user to tell it what to do next.
Press Start button to Start.
You will be prompted to verify your selection anytime you want to initiate a command.

When you hit Start, the robot resumes its last task and pre-scheduled operations.
Command: Park & Charge
The Park button sends the Range Picker to the charging station until you select the Cancel Parking button. Your robot will drop off balls prior to charging.
- Team needs to mow the grass
- Robot requires maintenance
- Weather events like heavy rain, flooding or snow

Scheduling your robot to work around your mowing schedule means less manual intervention.

⚠️ Access required: Admins can use this feature by default.
⚠️ Robot must be stopped: If it’s running, hit Stop in the Home view, then manually drive it to the right spot using Remote Control.

Safety
The obstacle is placed at the robot’s exact position, but the robot will keep a safe distance from it automatically.
A visual marker will appear on the map. Note that it’s not shown to scale.
Choose Obstacle Type

⚠️ You must be an Admin User to access most map features. Contact your Admin or OnPar Support if your robots map needs to be updated to keep it running efficiently.
The Relox app will ask you to confirm your choices every time. When you have placed your obstacle type, just hit Yes to confirm choice or No if you need to update further. You can tweak obstacles on your map as needed.

⚠️ Skipping this can cause system issues.
2. Select a zone
Once you picked your day, choose an existing coverage zone or add a new area.
- To add a new area to the list, tap the Areas + button.
- The robot will pick balls in the areas as they are ordered in the list until the end of the Event.
- When the last area in the list is completed, the robot will start from the top of the list during that time slot.

TIP: Click on the clock icon 🕓 if you prefer to use a 24-hour analog clock.
Activate Remote Control
⚠️ Admin User access required
⚠️ Use at Your Own Risk By initiating remote control, you accept full responsibility for any damage. When you are driving the robot you must have in sight at all times.
How to Activate
- Tap Control on the dashboard
- Tap Activate Remote Control
- Enter your Admin password when prompted

TIP: If the bumper is yellow or red, tap Override to proceed.
Cancel Remote Control
Simply click on Cancel Remote
Remember to hit START to ensure that your robot resumes it’s scheduled activity.

The remote works like a joystick but is sensitive. Practice using it before you need to use it.
